My Nutrition Philosophy
I believe nutrition should be practical, enjoyable, and not restrictive. Whether your goal is to manage a health condition or simply feel your best, I’ll help you make sustainable choices that nourish your body and fit your lifestyle. My philosophy focuses on creating a balanced approach to nutrition that supports your health while still allowing food to be enjoyable and meaningful.
As a Vietnamese American, I understand the deep connection between food, culture, and family. Together, we’ll build a positive relationship with food that honors your traditions while supporting your health and wellness goals. My approach combines Medical Nutrition Therapy with compassionate coaching to help you understand not only what changes to make, but why they matter. We’ll focus on small, meaningful changes that support lasting habits, improve energy, stabilize blood sugar, and enhance overall well being.
My goal is for you to leave feeling confident, supported, and equipped with practical tools you can use for life, not a list of restrictive rules.
“Wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about learning to nourish your body, support your health, and enjoy life along the way.”
Your Nutrition Journey
Education & Experience
With over a decade of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), I have helped individuals navigate a wide range of health concerns while building healthier relationships with food. In addition to providing one-on-one counseling for chronic disease prevention and management, eating disorders, and substance use recovery, I have developed nutrition courses, diabetes education programs, cooking classes, and wellness initiatives that make healthy living practical, approachable, and sustainable. By combining clinical expertise, behavior change strategies, and a love of food, I help clients create lasting habits that support both their health and quality of life.
